Course Duration: 200 hours (starts from 2nd October)
Class Schedule:
Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays
Format: 100% Online via Zoom

Syllabus: Based on Yoga Alliance Standards
Additional Details:
Attendance Policy: No leave will be encouraged; students' videos should be on throughout the class (Students can only turn off the video or request an exemption for up to three days, but they must still attend the class)
Breaks: A 15-minute break every 2 hours.
Personal Consultation: A free consultation with a naturopathic doctor (including a diet chart and one free yoga therapy session).
Materials: Video recordings will be sent via Google Drive; course materials will be provided.
Modules Covered: Basic concepts regarding yoga, techniques, training, practice, anatomy, and lifestyle for common people. The syllabus is covered based on Yoga Alliance Standards.
Certification: Yoga teacher training certificate, Maha Sakthi Yogam and Jeeva Raksha teacher training certificates
