REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
General event/online sessions registration refund policy
The following policy is applicable to all the events conducted by UPF unless a specific event/session explicitly modifies it.
Duration of the programs varies based on the requirement of each program mentioned on the website or invitations. Participants are requested to follow the cancellation procedure below for all the programs offered by UPF in-order to avail refund for any registered events or sessions.
Cancellation Procedure for registered participants
It shall be possible for the participants to cancel any of the program by giving prior notice to the UPF.
To receive a full refund, participants must be notified at least a week before the start of the session.
Due to limited seats, we request that cancellation should be done at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class.
If participants who paid a donation in addition to the course fee are unable to attend the session due to unforeseen circumstances, they will be refunded according to the refund policy, and the balance will be excluded from the course fee. The deduction would not be made on the sum of the contribution.

Participants eligible for refunds
Cancellation made one week in advance of the scheduled session, will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, will receive 50% of the session fee.
Cancellation made during the session date, will receive 20% of the session fee.
Cancellation requests made in-between any of the dates during the sessions will not receive a refund nor a transfer.
If cancellation is made prior due to unavoidable situation or medical reason following any of the day during the session will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. The in-charge (UPF) has the only rights to be flexible here.
Refund will be credited to your account on the following weekdays. When you register for any session offered by UPF, you agree to these terms.
