One Minute Silence
Our natural state is bliss and peace as evident in deep sleep. Just like a pebble thrown in water creates a ripple effect, 1 minute of silence for global peace by each individual will bring peace within and will in turn produce a ripple effect of waves of peace to our surrounding starting from family, community, city, nation and globe.

How to practice?
1. Close your eyes
2.Deep inhale through nose – stomach comes out – 3 counts
Hold your breath – 3 counts
Deep exhale – stomach goes in – 3 counts
No breath(silence) – 3 counts
Repeat step 2 for 4 times
3.Repeat within yourself mentally
